Computer Tape definition

Computer Tape means the computer tapes or other electronic media furnished by the Servicer to the Issuer and its assigns describing certain characteristics of the Receivables as of the Cutoff Date.
Computer Tape means the computer tape generated by the Company which provides information relating to the Contracts and which was used by the Company in selecting the Contracts, and includes the master file and the history file.

More Definitions of Computer Tape

Computer Tape means any computer tape or compact disk generated by the Seller which provides information relating to the Receivables and which was used by the Seller in selecting the Receivables sold to the Depositor under the Receivables Purchase Agreement on the Closing Date.
