Company Stock Account definition

Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.
Company Stock Account means the account of a Participant which is credited with the shares of Company Stock purchased and paid for by the Trust Fund or contributed to the Trust Fund.
Company Stock Account means the Account established and maintained for a Participant as a record of the Participant’s hypothetical investments in units of Company Common Stock.

More Definitions of Company Stock Account

Company Stock Account means the account of a Participant which is credited with the shares of Company Stock purchased and paid for by the Trust Fund or contributed to the Trust Fund. A separate accounting shall be maintained with respect to that portion of the Company Stock Account attributable to Elective Contributions and Non-Elective Contributions.
Company Stock Account means the separate account maintained on behalf of a Participant reflecting the Company Stock allocated to such Participant's Company Stock Account, together with any cash or stock dividends on such Company Stock. In addition, a Participant's Company Stock Account shall include all amounts transferred on behalf of such Participant from the Participant's corresponding company stock account, if any, in the Sunburst Plan.
