Examples of Company Group in a sentence
Nothing herein shall affect any Company Group member’s right to amend, modify or terminate any such plan or program at any time for any reason.
During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in such life insurance, medical, dental, disability, pension and retirement plans and other programs of the Company Group as may be in effect from time to time by the Company for the benefit of employees, except any such plan or program with respect to which Executive voluntarily executes a legally effective waiver.
During the Restricted Period, Executive shall not make, publish or communicate to any Person or in any public forum any comments or statements (whether written or oral) that denigrate or disparage the reputation or stature of any Company Group member, any of their respective Representatives or any of their respective existing and prospective customers, clients, suppliers, vendors or other associated third parties.
Accordingly, Employee agrees that if Employee breaches or threatens to breach any of the promises contained in this Agreement, the Company Group shall, in addition to all other remedies it may have (including monetary remedies), be entitled to seek an injunction and/or equitable relief, on a temporary or permanent basis, to restrain any such breach or threatened breach without showing or proving any actual damage to the Company Group.
Each Company Group member is a third-party beneficiary of Executive’s obligations hereunder and may enforce the terms and provisions hereof as if a party hereto.
