Closing Date Cash definition

Closing Date Cash has the meaning specified in Section 3.4(a).
Closing Date Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(c).
Closing Date Cash means Company Cash as of 11:59 P.M. on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Closing Date Cash

Closing Date Cash means Cash as of 11:59 P.M. on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date.
Closing Date Cash means the cash and cash equivalents of the Company, including without limitation cash realized from interest rate protection agreements and similar arrangements (but not including non-interest rate-related futures/options and xxxxxx), as determined in accordance with GAAP, on hand as of the start of business on the Closing Date.
Closing Date Cash means the Cash of the Company Group outstanding as of the Valuation Time.
