City Costs or “City’s Costs” means the costs, determined in the City’s sole reasonable discretion, for any work performed by or for City to comply with a Tenant obligation under this Agreement including, without limitation, the cost of maintenance or repair or replacement of property neglected, damaged or destroyed, including direct and allocated costs for labor, materials, services, equipment usage, and other indirect or overhead expenses arising from or related to maintenance, repair or replacement work performed by or on behalf of City; for the processing of any approvals or consents required or requested by Tenant; for the cost of processing an APP for the Tenant’s Premises; and, for the cost of complying with any Governmental Agencies’ orders which were the responsibility of Tenant.
City Costs means the actual and reasonable third-party costs incurred by a City Agency in preparing, adopting or amending this Agreement, in performing its obligations or defending its actions under this Agreement, or otherwise contemplated by this Agreement, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, consistent with other development projects approved in the City but excluding work, hearings, costs or other activities contemplated or covered by Processing Fees; provided, however, City Costs shall not include any costs incurred by a City Agency in connection with a City Default.

Examples of City Costs in a sentence
Each City Agency shall submit to the Planning Department or another City agency as designated by the Planning Department monthly or quarterly invoices for all City Costs incurred by the City Agency for reimbursement under this Agreement, and the Planning Department or its designee shall gather all such invoices so as to submit one City bill to Developer each month or quarter.
All costs incurred by the City under this section shall be included in the City Costs.
More Definitions of City Costs
City Costs means the actual and reasonable costs incurred by a City Agency in performing its obligations under this Agreement, as determined on a time and materials basis, including any defense costs as set forth in Section 6.3,2, but excluding work and fees covered by Administrative Fees.
