Cash Grant definition

Cash Grant means a cash grant made by the Government under any approved scheme.
Cash Grant means a cash grant in lieu of the available energy tax credit pursuant to Section 48 of the Code under the terms of Section 1603 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and any rules, regulations or other guidance promulgated thereunder.
Cash Grant means any payment for specified energy property in lieu of tax credits under Section 1603 of Division B of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5, as amended, or any successor provision.
