Cash Available for Debt Service definition

Cash Available for Debt Service means, in respect of any (i) past period, the amount of Operating Revenues received during such period less Operating Expenses paid during such period or (ii) any future period, the amount of Operating Revenues projected to be received during such period less Operating Expenses projected to be paid during such period.
Cash Available for Debt Service means:
Cash Available for Debt Service for any period (a) Revenues for such period (excluding any equity contributions received by the Borrower during such period) less (b) O&M Costs paid or (without duplication) payable during such period.

Cash Available for Debt Service means in relation to the relevant period:
Cash Available for Debt Service means Borrower’s net income, plus the sum of (i) interest expense; plus (ii) depreciation, amortization, and other non-cash expenses; minus (iii) all dividends and distributions, all determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.
