Canadian Overadvance definition

Canadian Overadvance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(b).
Canadian Overadvance as defined in Section 2.1.5.
Canadian Overadvance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the aggregate Dollar Equivalent of (i) Canadian Loans then outstanding less (ii) the Canadian Available Credit.

  • All Canadian Overadvance Loans shall constitute Canadian Facility Obligations secured by the Canadian Facility Collateral and shall be entitled to all benefits of the Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Canadian Overadvance

Canadian Overadvance means at any time the amount by which the aggregate outstanding Canadian Revolving Exposures exceed the Canadian Borrowing Base.
