Examples of Base Rate Advance in a sentence
If such Advance is a Base Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times to the Base Rate in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin for such Base Rate Advance in effect from time to time, payable quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December, on the Termination Date applicable to such Lender and on each date such Base Rate Advance shall be Converted or paid in full.
Each Syndicated Canadian Advance which is a Base Rate Advance shall bear interest from and including the date of the making of such Advance to (but not including) the date of repayment thereof at the applicable Alternate Base Rate, changing when and as such Alternate Base Rate changes, plus the Floating Rate Margin.
Any such Swingline Availment shall be made by way of a Prime Rate Advance or a US Base Rate Advance.
