Authorized Representative definition

Authorized Representative means any representative appointed, from time to time, by the Client, the Purchaser or the Contractor.
Authorized Representative means any person, persons, or board (other than the contracting officer and Chief Probation Officer/Chief Pretrial Services Officer) authorized to act for the head of the agency.
