Property which is not specifically described in EXHIBIT 4 shall not be considered by the District or the Appraisal District to be part of the Applicant’s Qualified Property for purposes of this Agreement, unless by official action the Board of Trustees provides that such other property is a part of the Applicant’s Qualified Property for purposes of this Agreement in compliance with Section 313.027(e) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, the Comptroller’s Rules, and Section 10.2 of this Agreement.
The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.

The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.
