Appendix D. Defined Terms1

Appendix D means Xxxxxxxx X-0 with respect to the Initial Closing Date and an additional Appendix D, sequentially numbered in ascending order beginning with Appendix D-2 on the first Subsequent Closing Date, with respect to each Subsequent Closing Date, collectively referred to herein as Appendix D.

Examples of Appendix D in a sentence

• Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

• The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds.

• The dollar amount set forth in the Disbursement Request shall be calculated based on the Participation Percentage as set forth originally in Appendix D of this Agreement or as may be adjusted from time to time to account for changed conditions in the project financing scheme.

• The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute to the Project (the "Local Subdivision Contribution") the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement.

• Notwithstanding anything in this Appendix D to the contrary, the prohibition on conduct described in this Section D1(g) shall not be applicable to an Employee from and after his or her last day of active employment, if his or her active employment terminates for any reason (other than for Misconduct) within two years following a Change in Control.

Appendix D. MOU: Student Code of Conduct Committee This Memorandum of Understanding is between the Oklahoma City Public Schools, District I-89 (“District”) and the Oklahoma City AFT, Local 2309, (“Union”). No other promises, implied or expressed are made, other than those appearing in this recital. This Memo of Understanding contains the agreements made during negotiations on June 28, 2005, as delineated below:

Appendix D. WORKING MEMORANDUM REGARDING CSEA UNIT MEMBER INVOLVEMENT IN STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND SITE DECISION MAKING‌ February, 1998 During the 1998 negotiations, the negotiating parties discussed various approaches to increasing classified staff involvement in decisions relating to staff development and site-based decision-making. The parties agreed to undertake multiple approaches to increase classified staff involvement in these vital areas. This memorandum summarizes those undertakings. Staff Development • The District will continue with the annual survey of classified staff regarding matters to be addressed on the District's staff development days. • When possible, the District will involve the affected classified employees in the formulation of a staff development program. • The District will begin funding an experimental program allowing a limited number of classified staff to attend staff development programs other than those the District offers. District Site Councils • District site administrators will enforce the site council selection process requiring classified employees to select a classified employee representative on the site council. (Education Code Section 52852). • The CSEA President may be invited to attend the principals' staff meeting to address the issue of greater involvement in site decision-making and staff development. • The District's policies and the administrative manual will be revised to conform with the Education Code provisions and the District's desires regarding increased classified employee participation on site councils. • The District site administrators will inform the classified employees of their right to participate in the site councils' decision.
