Alternative Employment definition

Alternative Employment means employment in the same or other Company establishments and includes any period while undergoing training for a new position. Where the all-purpose wage rate for the new position is less than that which prevailed for the previously held position, then an ex-gratia payment will be made to compensate for the base rate difference for a period of up to six months.
Alternative Employment means any employment, consulting or other relationship pursuant to which Executive provides in excess of 20 hours of service per week for compensation following any Protection Termination of his employment with the Company.
Alternative Employment means employment that is comparable, as determined by the Workers Compensation Board, to the worker’s pre‐injury work in nature, earnings, qualifications, opportunities and other respects.

More Definitions of Alternative Employment

Alternative Employment means any form of remunerative activity in the nature of employment, whether as employee, consultant, agent, partner, sole proprietor or otherwise.
