Administrative Requirements means The Administrative Requirements for Use with The National Building Code.

Administrative Requirements means the effective edition of ECOLOGY's Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans at the signing of this agreement.

• CONTRACTOR shall employ a licensed certified public accountant who shall prepare and file with ADMINISTRATOR an annual organization-wide audit of related expenditures during the term of this Agreement in compliance with 31 USC 7501 – 7507, as well as its implementing regulations under 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
