Administrative Agent Account definition

Administrative Agent Account an account designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.

Administrative Agent Account means any deposit account designated by the Administrative Agent as the “Administrative Agent Account” by written notice to the Borrower.

Administrative Agent Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.15(b).

Examples of Administrative Agent Account in a sentence

• Each Lender shall, before 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Pro Rata Borrowing, make available for the account of its Applicable Lending Office to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent Account, in same day funds, such Lender’s ratable portion of such Pro Rata Borrowing.

• Mondelēz and each Borrower shall make each payment hereunder, without set-off or counterclaim, not later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the day when due to the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent Account in same day funds.

• In the event that, notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 6.24, any Credit Party receives or otherwise has dominion and/or control of any amount required to be transferred to the Administrative Agent Account pursuant to Section 6.24(b), such amount shall be held in trust by such Credit Party for the Administrative Agent, and shall promptly be deposited into the Administrative Agent Account or otherwise transferred in such manner as the Administrative Agent may request.

Administrative Agent Account means such account of the Administrative Agent as is designated in writing from time to time by the Administrative Agent to Mondelēz International and the Lenders.

Attention: Amanda Collins, amanda.collins@jpmorgan.com, 302-634-4733 (facsimile), or (b) such other account of the Administrative Agent as is designated in writing from time to time by the Administrative Agent to Mondelēz and the Lenders for such purpose.

Administrative Agent Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(d).

Administrative Agent Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24(b).
