Accrued Interest definition

Accrued Interest means, with respect to Single Family Shared-Loss Loans, the amount of earned and unpaid interest at the note rate specified in the applicable loan documents, limited to 90 days.
Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Shared-Loss Loan, Permitted Advance or Shared-Loss Loan Commitment Advance at any time, the amount of earned and unpaid interest, taxes, credit life and/or disability insurance premiums (if any) payable by the Obligor accrued on or with respect to such Shared-Loss Loan, Permitted Advance or Shared- Loss Loan Commitment Advance, all as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank or the Assuming Bank (as applicable); provided, that Accrued Interest shall not include any amount that accrues on or with respect to any Shared-Loss Loan, Permitted Advance or Shared- Loss Loan Commitment Advance after that Asset has been placed on non-accrual or nonperforming status by either the Failed Bank or the Assuming Bank (as applicable).
Accrued Interest means in respect of a Loan as at any relevant date the aggregate of all interest accrued but not yet due and payable on the Loan from (and including) the Monthly Payment Date immediately preceding the relevant date to (but excluding) the relevant date;

Examples of Accrued Interest in a sentence

  • Each Note shall bear interest on the outstanding and unpaid principal amount thereof (including Accrued Interest), from and including the most recent Quarterly Date on which interest has been paid (or, if no interest has been paid, from the date when issued) at a rate per annum equal to the Interest Rate.

Accrued Interest means, as of any date, with respect to a Deposit, interest which is accrued on such Deposit to but excluding such date and not yet posted to the relevant deposit account.

Accrued Interest will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
