Voice Response. If we approve Voice Response for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Voice Response to: - Withdraw funds from your share, share draft, and club accounts. - Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts. - Obtain balance information for your share, share draft, loan, Club, and certificate accounts. - Make loan payments from your share and share draft accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Voice Response via a touch-tone telephone only. Voice Response service will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. The following limitations on Voice Response transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - The maximum withdrawal or transfer amount is $500.00 per day and no transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

You must use your ac- count number along with your access code to access your ac- counts. At the present time you may use the Voice Response service to: • Transfer funds from savings to checking accounts. • Obtain balance information on your savings and checking accounts. • Obtain transaction history on recent deposits/withdrawals to/from your savings account and checking account. • Perform check withdrawals from savings and checking accounts.

Converters may be purchased for pulse and rotary dial phones. Voice Response will be available for your convenience seven (7) days per week. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. If you call during this time you will hear a message directing you to call back. While there is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one day, transfers from share ac- counts will be limited to six (6) in any one month. No transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to in- crease our required reserve on the account.

  • Company's Response Upon receipt by the Company of a copy of a Conversion Notice, the Company shall as soon as practicable, but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after receipt of such Conversion Notice, send, via email, facsimile or overnight courier, a confirmation of receipt of such Conversion Notice to such Holder indicating that the Company will process such Conversion Notice in accordance with the terms herein.   • General Responsibilities Issuer hereby engages Distributor to act as exclusive distributor of the shares of each class of the Funds. The Funds subject to this Agreement as of the date hereof are identified on SCHEDULE A, which may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 11 below. Sales of a Fund's shares shall be made only to investors residing in those states in which such Fund is registered. After effectiveness of each Fund’s registration statement, Distributor will hold itself available to receive, as agent for the Fund, and will receive by mail, telex, telephone, or such other method as may be agreed upon between Distributor and Issuer, orders for the purchase of Fund shares, and will accept or reject such orders on behalf of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Fund’s prospectus. Distributor will be available to transmit orders, as promptly as possible after it accepts such orders, to the Fund’s transfer agent for processing at the shares’ net asset value next determined in accordance with the prospectuses.

  • No Safety Notices (i) Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, there have been no recalls, field notifications, field corrections, market withdrawals or replacements, warnings, “dear doctor” letters, investigator notices, safety alerts or other notice of action relating to an alleged lack of safety, efficacy, or regulatory compliance of the Company’s products (“Safety Notices”) and (ii) to the Company’s knowledge, there are no facts that would be reasonably likely to result in (x) a Safety Notice with respect to the Company’s products or services, (y) a change in labeling of any the Company’s respective products or services, or (z) a termination or suspension of marketing or testing of any the Company’s products or services.
