To the Administrator. An Administrator Expenses Payment not to exceed $10,000 except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than $10,000, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.
To the Administrator. An Administration Expenses Payment not to exceed $15,000 except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than $15,000, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.

An Administrator Expenses Payment not to exceed Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($6,995.00) except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($6,995.00), the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount for distribution on a pro rata basis to Alleged Aggrieved Employees and Participating Class Members.
To the Administrator. To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than the Administration Expenses set forth in this Agreement, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.

The Administrator assumes full responsibility and liability for taxes owed on the Administrator Expenses Payment and holds Defendant harmless, and indemnifies Defendant, from any dispute or controversy regarding these Payments.

The payment of Settlement Administration Costs shall be made in two installments: 50% shall be paid after receipt of the First Installment; the remainder shall be paid after receipt of the Second Installment.

To the extent the Administration Expenses are less or the Court approves payment less than actual expenses, the Administrator will retain the remainder in the Net Settlement Amount.
To the Administrator. Settlement Administration costs shall not exceed $41,200.00, except for a showing of good cause and as approved by the Court. To the extent the Settlement Administration costs are less, or the Court approves payment of less than $41,200.00, the Administrator will allocate the remainder to the Net Settlement Amount.
