Small Account Balance. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Plan to the contrary, if the Account Balance of a Participant is not greater than the then current applicable limit under Section 402(g) of the Code ($16,500 for 2009) at the time payment of any distribution first becomes due hereunder, then the Committee may pay the vested portion of the Account Balance in a single lump sum, payable on the date on which such benefits would otherwise have become payable (or such other date as may be required under applicable Section 409A Requirements), and no additional benefit shall be payable under this Plan with respect to such Participant.
Small Account Balance. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (a)-(d) to the contrary, but subject to subsection (b)(ii) above, if the aggregate account balances in all retirement plans administered by the Administrator (except pre-82 balances in MPP) payable to an Accountholder or Designated Beneficiary at the time of distribution does not exceed $5,000, the entire Account Balance will be distributed as a lump sum to such Accountholder or Designated Beneficiary as soon as administratively feasible.

Neither the Trustee nor the Depositor shall be liable or responsible in any way for depreciation or loss incurred by reason of any such sale. All other distributions received by a Trust shall be credited to the Capital (Principal) Account."
