Your manager or supervisor and members of the Legal Group are available to answer questions. If you are ever in doubt, ask. Training programs will be held from time to time, either electronically or in person, to explore these principles, guidelines and requirements. Your active participation and timely completion of required training is expected. Raise your voice. Be alert to any potential violations of law, this Code or Company policies. Abiding by the principles in this Code requires not only proactive behavior but also avoiding inaction or omission that would conceal information or permit improper conduct to continue. Intentional concealment or alteration of accurate information, for whatever reason, will be considered a violation. You are expected to promptly report known or suspected violations – the more time passes, the more difficult or problematic a violation may become.
