SAFETY AND CONDUCT. (a) You have primary responsibility for your own safety during your stay with Coffs Coast Accommodation. You must read any fire or health & safety guidance included in the Guest App for your property.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT. ● Applicant organizations renting the Grammar School Auditoriums will be expected to observe all state and local laws and safety regulations at all times within the building, including but not limited to nondiscrimination laws, and health and safety laws. ● Use of alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco products is strictly prohibited on all school department property. ● At no time will any refreshments – food or beverages – be sold, brought into, or consumed in the Auditoriums, or their adjacent areas. Licenses for refreshments to be sold and consumed in approved areas of the building must be made to the City of Methuen, and evidence provided that such license has been granted. ● Profane language and / or confrontational or illegal behaviors will result in immediate expulsion from the building, and future prohibition for the applicant organization. ● Please be advised that the Auditorium Lobbies and Hallways are equipped with surveillance cameras.
SAFETY AND CONDUCT. Safety of Lessee, its guests and invitees is the responsibility of the Lessee. Lessee must schedule a walkthrough of the premises and surrounding area to become familiar with fire and safety issues and well as parking requirements. Lessee shall be responsible for the conduct of its guests and invitees.

  • Safety Policy Each employer is required by law to have a safety policy and program. TIR will ask for and may require a copy of that policy and program.

  • Safety and Compliance The Company commits to make all management and employees aware of all the changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. This should be done via training courses and or union seminars. The conducting of the training and or seminars shall be at times convenient to the company.

  • WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE 41.1 Where an employee is absent by reason of an injury or an occupational disease for which a claim is made under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, his or her salary shall continue to be paid for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days.   • SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION In performing work under this Contract on State premises, Contractor shall conform to any specific safety requirements contained in the Contract or as required by law or regulation. Contractor shall take any additional precautions as the State may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes.   • ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION (a) Seller shall perform this Agreement in a manner that ensures adequate protection for workers, the public, and the environment, and shall be accountable for actions of itself and its lower-tier subcontractors, agents and employees. Seller shall exercise a degree of care commensurate with the work and the associated hazards. Seller shall ensure that management of environment, safety and health (ES&H) functions and activities is an integral and visible part of Seller’s work planning and execution process. In the event that Xxxxxx fails to comply with this Agreement, Company may, without prejudice to any other legal or contractual rights, issue an order stopping all or any part of the work; thereafter a start order for resumption of work may be issued at Company’s discretion. Seller shall make no claim for an extension of time or for compensation or damages by reason of or in connection with such work stoppage. In addition, Company may require, in writing, that Seller remove from the work any employee the Company deems unsafe, incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.

  • SAFETY AND HEALTH 20.1 The Employer, employee and Union have a significant responsibility for workplace safety and health.
