Rights of Individuals. 110. An employee may not be disciplined or discharged without just cause and without written notice of the intended action. The City agrees to follow the principles of progressive discipline.
Rights of Individuals. Business Associate recognizes that HIPAA and state law grant individuals rights related to protected health information about them. Business Associate agrees to the following provisions for the protection of those individual rights.
Rights of Individuals. 1. Before any pay discussions take place, employees and supervisors participating in pay discussions are familiarised with the qualification classes, evaluation of competence and performance, pay principles and the pay discussion process.
