If this Purchase Order exceeds $125,000 and contains a DPAS rating, this order is a “rated order” certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) (15 C.F.R. Part 700). Countersignature by the Seller is deemed to be acknowledgement of the DPAS rating and the Seller shall accept and abide by all the requirements of that regulation. Rated orders shall take preference over all unrated orders if and as necessary to meet required delivery dates. Among rated orders, DX rated orders shall take precedence over DO rated orders.
