Ongoing Expenses. Subject to Section 8.3 below, Licensee shall reimburse TRDF for all documented, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by TRDF with respect to the activities described in Section 8.1 after the Effective Date, in each case within thirty (30) days after the date of each invoice form TRDF for such expenses.

Ongoing Expenses. Following the Initial Closing, reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Purchasers or their representatives on behalf of the Company at its request, including reasonable out-of-pocket expenses associated with attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors, shall be borne by the Company.
Ongoing Expenses. Subject to the terms of the Fee Side Letter, the Issuer, on the basis of the delivery and acceptance act to be signed by the Issuer and Gazprom, shall make payment of all properly incurred ongoing documented expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses) properly incurred by each Agent in connection with its services hereunder (plus any applicable value added tax, sales, stamp issue, registration, documentary or other taxes or duties applicable in connection thereto) to each Agent, provided that the Issuer has received the corresponding amounts from Gazprom. Gazprom shall, pursuant to the Facility Agreement, pay the corresponding amount to the Issuer at least two Business Days (unless another term is specified in the relevant Loan Supplement) before the relevant payment is due to the Agent.

Ongoing Expenses. Factor may charge Company during the term of this ---------------- Agreement for costs and expenses allocable to on-going credit reports and invoice verifications. Additionally, Company authorizes Factor to obtain verification of any invoice(s) submitted by Company to Factor. In the event of any result which in Factor's opinion is unsatisfactory, Factor may charge Company for additional independent verification at the rate then chargeable.

Ongoing Expenses. The Partnership will pay all of the Partnership's administrative and operating expenses, which expenses will include, without limitation, administration fees, taxes, legal, audit and valuation fees, Partner reporting costs, costs to be incurred in connection with the Partnership's filing obligations, and costs incurred on the dissolution and winding-up of the Partnership. Included in the Partnership's administrative costs are its overhead expenses, including those relating to office facilities, equipment, employee salaries, bonuses, pensions and benefits.
