The article, section, and item of either the Agreement or Rules and Regulations or the contract that the Grievant claims has been incorrectly or improperly interpreted or inequitably applied, and/or the event or condition that adversely affects the welfare and terms or conditions of work.
Nature of Grievance. 3.1.1 If any difference arises between the parties concerning the application, operation, or alleged violation of the Agreement, including any question of whether a matter is arbitrable, or where any difference arises from the suspension, discipline or dismissal of any Employee, such differences may be the subject of a grievance and the following steps shall apply in sequence subject to Articles 3.4.3.2 and 2.2.
