In addition, any student who has demonstrated the inability to follow rules may be prohibited from participating - this determination will be made by the administration on an individual basis. For all field trips, you will be expected to follow these rules: ● You must abide by the TMSA Code of Conduct and Discipline Plan while on the field trip. ● You must follow the TMSA Dress Code. ● You must bring to school the Field Trip Permission Slip, signed by your parents or guardian, by the specified date. No phone calls or e-mails will be accepted as permission.

Media Center. Use of the Media Center is included with rental of the Conference Center. It includes use of the wireless internet connection, the 70” Vizio Television, Chromecast/ HDMI cord, the microphones and the audio/visual equipment. Tenant is responsible for any damage to the equipment.

(Calculators, textbooks, chromebooks, and any other materials checked out through the media center). • A fine of five cents per school day will be charged on overdue books. • The school reserves the right to withhold media center privileges to any student who fails to follow the rules.‌ • Students may not check out more than three books at a time and only two books at a time at LMS. • Any lost, stolen, or damaged materials will be replaced by the student on record at the material’s original cost.
