Estimated Price. 4.4 You agree we may provide you with an estimated price (Estimated Price) for Project Services, calculated based on the Services and any Deliverables to be provided, as further particularised in any Quote.
Estimated Price. Z13.2 The estimated price is based on the assumed number of outages as given in the price list of this contract. This number of outages may change.

No later than [ * ] month before the beginning of each Fiscal Year after Teijin’s first filing of the MAA for the Licensed Product, Teijin shall calculate and report to Versartis its good-faith, estimated average per unit Net Sales price for Finished Product in the Territory for such Fiscal Year (the “ENS”). The ENS shall be calculated by Teijin based on the estimated average per unit Net Sales of the Finished Product in the Territory, as set forth, in good faith, in its annual budget for such Fiscal Year.

This depends on specific project situation and availability of information and has to defined separately in an attachment to this Agreement.
