Counterparts and Electronic Means 17.1 This Subscription Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall constitute an original and all of which together shall constitute one instrument. Telephonic Meetings Directors may participate in and hold a meeting of the Directors by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all Directors participating in the meeting can hear each other.
