Duty to Comply. The Association recognizes the duty and obligation of its representatives to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and to make every effort toward inducing all employees to do so. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slow-down, or other interference with the operations of the District by employees who are represented by the Association, the Association agrees in good faith to take all necessary steps to cause those employees to cease such action.
Duty to Comply. 7.3.2.1 Subject to Section 7.3.1 (Safety Compliance Orders), Developer shall implement all Safety Compliance as expeditiously as reasonably possible following issuance of the Safety Compliance Order. Developer shall diligently perform the work necessary to achieve such Safety Compliance until completion.
Duty to Comply. (a) The Indemnified Party shall comply with the Act, the regulations made in the Act, the articles of the Corporation, the by-laws of the Corporation and any unanimous shareholder agreement or partnership agreement respecting the Corporation.

(i) Subject to Section 7.3(a) (Safety Compliance Orders), the Development Entity shall implement all Safety Compliance as expeditiously as reasonably possible following issuance of the Safety Compliance Order. The Development Entity shall diligently perform the work necessary to achieve such Safety Compliance until completion.
Duty to Comply. Supplier agrees to comply with all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance of this Agreement or to OEM Products. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, Supplier represents that:
Duty to Comply. You agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out herein whenever you order or access Consumer Credit Products (“CCP”). You acknowledge that your failure or the failure of any Authorized User of your CIN Account to comply with these Terms and Conditions for Consumer Credit Products may lead to the immediate termination of your CIN LEGAL Standard Agreement for Service pursuant to Section 5.1 thereof, and the imposition of other legal or contractual penalties.
Duty to Comply. All reasonable safety rules and practices governing health, safety appliances and devices shall be complied with by the city and employees.

Any permit noncompliance constitutes a violation of the Act and is grounds for enforcement action; for permit termination, revocation, and reissuance; for denial of a permit renewal application; and/or for requiring a permittee to apply for and obtain an individual NPDES permit. It is expected that the EMS and independent 3rd party audits will identify minor noncompliance issues for prompt correction.
Duty to Comply. 1. The permit holder has the duty to comply with all conditions of the permit. Any noncompliance with the operation permit constitutes a violation of the statutes and is grounds for enforcement action; for permit suspension, revocation or revision; or for denial of a permit renewal application except as laid out in B. below and in s. 299.83(6m)(d), Wis.
Duty to Comply. D&K agrees to comply with all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules and regulations applicable to its performance of this Agreement or to CLIENT Products, including any approvals necessary to allow for D&K to sell the CLIENT Products to CLIENT.
