DURATION AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall continue in effect until the day of March, and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year each unless either party notifies the other in writing that it intends to amend or terminate this Agreement in accordance with the following:
DURATION AND RENEWAL. 34.01 This Agreement shall be in effect from September 1, 2008 and shall continue in force up to and including August 31, 2012 and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either party notifies the other, in writing, within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date that it desires to negotiate with a view to renewal, with or without modifications of this agreement, in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
DURATION AND RENEWAL. This Agreement shall be in effect for a term beginning from April 1, 2012 to October 31, 2014 and shall be automatically renewed thereafter for a successive period of twelve months unless either party requests the negotiation of a new Agreement by giving written notice to the other party in the last sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement or any renewal thereof.
DURATION AND RENEWAL. 45.01 The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1st, 2017 to March 31, 2020. The provisions of this Agreement shall come into effect on date of ratification, except as otherwise provided.

DURATION AND RENEWAL. 36.01 The duration of this Collective Agreement shall be from the date it is signed to 20 June 2014, and unless otherwise expressly stipulated the provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on the date it is signed.
DURATION AND RENEWAL. (a) Unless terminated as provided in section 13, this agreement shall continue in effect until September 30, 1997, and thereafter from year to year only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (a) by a majority of those trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust or of the Adviser, voting in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and (b) by either the board of trustees of the Trust or a vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of the Fund (which term as used throughout this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the definition of "vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of a company" in section 2(a)(42) of the 1940 Act).

Unless terminated as provided in Section 10, this agreement shall continue in effect until October 31, 2002, and thereafter from year to year only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (a) by a majority of those directors who are not interested persons of Artisan Funds or of Artisan Partners, voting in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and (b) by either the board of directors of Artisan Funds or vote of the holders of a "majority of the outstanding shares of the Fund" (which term as used throughout this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the definition of "vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of a company" in section 2(a)(42) of the 1940 Act).
DURATION AND RENEWAL. 2.010 This Agreement shall have effect from September 1, 2014, up to and including August 31, 2017, and from year to year, thereafter unless either party gives to the other party notice, in writing, within the one hundred and fifty (150) day period before its termination, that it desires to negotiate with a view to the renewal of this Agreement with or without modification. (This replaces the September 1, 2012 to August 31, 2014 Agreement).
DURATION AND RENEWAL. 1. The effective date of this National Agreement shall be October 1, 2015, and it shall continue in effect through September 30, 2018.
