District Policies and Procedures. Employee acknowledges and agrees that he shall be subject to the District's Policy and Procedures Manual, and any duly adopted District policies.

Contractor shall comply with all policies, procedures and regulations of the District as established and amended from time to time as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 P.S. 67.101 et seq., regarding possession of public records by agency contractors.

Each agreement entered into by the Board of Trustees with a duly recognized exclusive representative shall constitute a commitment by the Board to the provisions of the Agreement for its duration. The provision of the unit member agreement shall be binding on the Board and all unit members covered by the agreement.
