CORRELATIVE WORDS. Words of the masculine gender shall be understood to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, the singular shall include the plural and the word “person” shall include corporations and associations, including public entities, as well as natural persons.

  • Included Words When the context reasonably permits, words suggesting the singular shall be construed as suggesting the plural and vice versa, and words suggesting gender or gender neutrality shall be construed as suggesting the masculine, feminine and neutral genders.

  • ABBREVIATIONS AND DEFINITIONS Customary abbreviations may be used in the name of the Holder or an assignee, such as: TEN COM (= tenants in common), TEN ENT (= tenants by the entireties), JT TEN (= joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common), CUST (= Custodian) and UGMA (= Uniform Gifts to Minors Act). All terms defined in the Indenture and used in this Security but not specifically defined herein are defined in the Indenture and are used herein as so defined.

  • Singular, Plural, Gender References to one gender include all genders and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

  • Use of Capitalized Terms Unless otherwise defined therein, all capitalized terms defined in this Agreement shall have the defined meanings when used in this Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents or any certificate, report or other document made or delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
