Commitment Termination Date the earliest to occur of (a) the Revolver Termination Date; (b) the date on which Borrowers terminate the Revolver Commitments pursuant to Section 2.1.4; or (c) the date on which the Revolver Commitments are terminated pursuant to Section 11.2.
Commitment Termination Date. The Commitment Termination Date shall not have occurred.
Commitment Termination Date. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, no Lender shall have any obligation to make any Advances from and after the Commitment Termination Date.

Commitment Termination Date. The Promissory Note and Credit Agreement are hereby modified to provide that the outstanding balance of principal, interest and other charges due pursuant to the Promissory Note and Credit Agreement shall be due and payable in full on or before May 31, 1998. All other payments of interest or other amounts provided for in the Promissory Note and/or Credit Agreement, except for the Engineering Fee provided for in Section 2.11 of the Credit Agreement and the Commitment Fee provided for in Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement, shall continue to be due and owing in accordance with the terms of the Promissory Note and/or Credit Agreement.
Commitment Termination Date the earliest to occur of (a) the Termination Date; (b) the date on which the Commitment is terminated pursuant to Section 5.4.5; (c) the date on which the Commitment is terminated pursuant to Section 9.2; or (d) the occurrence of a Change of Control.
Commitment Termination Date. Unless previously terminated, the Commitments shall automatically terminate upon the termination of the Certain Funds Period.
