Announcements by the Commonwealth The parties agree that: the Commonwealth may make public details of the Project, the Programme and the role and contribution of Participants; and the Commonwealth is not required to notify or obtain the approval of the parties prior to any announcement. Confidential Information Confidential Information not to be disclosed Subject to clause 12.2, a party must not, without the prior written consent of the other party, disclose any Confidential Information of the other party to a third party. In giving written consent to the disclosure of Confidential Information, each party may impose such conditions as it thinks fit, and the other party must comply with these conditions. Exceptions to obligations The obligations on the parties under this clause 12 will not be taken to have been breached to the extent that Confidential Information is: disclosed by a party to its financial or legal advisers (including their officers and employees), employees or internal management Personnel solely in order to comply with obligations, or to exercise rights, under this Agreement, or to enable effective management or auditing of Agreement related activities; to the extent that a party is a government agency or organisation, disclosed by that party to its responsible Minister or in response to a request by a House or a Committee of its Parliament; authorised or required by Law, including under this Agreement, under a licence or otherwise, to be disclosed; disclosed to the Commonwealth, as requested by the Commonwealth from time to time; required under the Deed or the Agreement for Services; or in the public domain otherwise than due to a breach of this clause 12.
