If the period from the Disbursement Date to the first Payment Date is 15 (fifteen) days or less then the payment of interest accrued during such period shall be postponed to the following Payment Date.
Any request for deferment shall have effect in respect of a Tranche only if it is made at least 7 (seven) Business Days before its Scheduled Disbursement Date.
The representations and warranties set out above shall survive the execution of this Contract and are, with the exception of the representation set out in paragraph (ffff) above, deemed repeated on each Disbursement Date and on each Payment Date.
However, the notice shall have no effect in respect of (i) a Notified Tranche which has a Scheduled Disbursement Date falling within 7 (seven) Business Days of the date of the notice or (ii) a Tranche in respect of which a Disbursement Request has been submitted but no Disbursement Notice has been issued.
The Borrower shall pay interest on the outstanding balance of each Fixed Rate Tranche at the Fixed Rate quarterly, semi-annually or annually in arrears on the relevant Payment Dates as specified in the Disbursement Notice, commencing on the first such Payment Date following the Disbursement Date of the Tranche.
If pursuant to Articles 1.5 and 1.6 disbursement of any Floating Rate Tranche takes place after the Scheduled Disbursement Date the Relevant Interbank Rate applicable to the first Floating Rate Reference Period shall apply as though the disbursement had been made on the Scheduled Disbursement Date.
