Work Authorization definition

Work Authorization or "WA" means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

• So long as the County elects not to terminate this Contract, it shall continue from day to day until such time as the Surveying Services are completed in accordance with each applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto.

• If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.

Work Authorization means a document issued by County under this Agreement authorizing Consultant to perform specified professional services and detailing the terms of payment and scope of work for the services authorized.
