Voluntary Termination definition

Voluntary Termination means the termination by Executive of Executive's employment following a Change in Control which is not the result of any of clauses (i) through (v) set forth in the definition of Involuntary Termination above.
Voluntary Termination means the termination of Executive’s employment by Executive other than for Good Reason, Retirement, death or Disability.
Voluntary Termination means termination of the Employee’s employment by the voluntary action of the Employee other than by reason of a Disability Termination or a Death Termination.

Voluntary Termination means termination by the Employee of the Employee’s employment with the Employer or Avocent other than (i) constructive termination as described in subsection 2.1(b), (ii) “Termination Upon a Change in Control” as described in Section 2.1(e), and (iii) termination by reason of the Employee’s disability or death as described in Sections 2.5 and 2.6.
Voluntary Termination means termination by Officer of Officer’s employment by Corporation other than (i) a Constructive Termination as described in subsection 2.1(g), (ii) “Termination Upon a Change in Control” as described in Section 2.1(d), (iii) termination by reason of Officer’s death or disability as described in Sections 2.5 and 2.6, and (iv) termination by reason of retirement by Officer upon attainment of Retirement Eligibility.
Voluntary Termination means termination by the Employee of the Employee's employment by the Company other than (i) for Good Reason as described in Section 5.2, (ii) termination by reason of the Employee's disability as described in Subsection 5.3, and (iii) termination by reason of the Employee's death as described in Subsection 5.4.

For purposes of this Section 11, the term Voluntary Termination does not include a voluntary refusal to perform services on account of a vacation taken in accordance with Section 6(a) hereof, the Executive’s failure to perform services on account of his illness or injury or the illness or injury of a member of his immediate family, provided such illness is adequately substantiated at the reasonable request of the Company, or any other absence from service with the written consent of the Board.
Voluntary Termination means any termination which results from a resignation by Employee other than a resignation following a Change in Duties, Compensation, or Benefits as defined herein.
