Village definition

Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.

Village means a village establishing a corporation incorporated under, or governed by, this act.

Village means a local area which is recognised in the land records as a village for purposes of revenue administration and includes a town or city and all the land comprised within the limits of a village, town or city;

• Certificates of Insurance shall be provided to the Village, reflecting the Village as an Additional Insured (except with respect to Professional Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance), no later than ten (10) days after award of this Agreement and prior to the execution of this Agreement by Village and prior to commencing Services.
