REQUIREMENTSData protection For each seating position where reference data are required in order to demonstrate compliance with the provisions of the present Regulation, all or an appropriate selection of the following data shall be presented in the form indicated in appendix 3 to this annex: 3.1.1. the coordinates of the “R” point relative to the three-dimensional reference system; the design torso angle; all indications necessary to adjust the seat (if it is adjustable) to the measuring position set out in paragraph 4.3. below.3.2.
