Valuation Firm definition

Valuation Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(c)(ii).
Valuation Firm means a nationally recognized independent investment banking or valuation firm with expertise in the oil and gas sector.
Valuation Firm is defined in Section 3.03(e).

  • The Servicer shall report the Approved Valuation Firm, appraisal metric and Appraised Value for such Collateral Obligation to the Facility Agent in the Advance Request or the Reinvestment Request related to such Collateral Obligation.
