Unused Commitments definition

Unused Commitments means an amount equal to all unadvanced funds (other than unadvanced funds in connection with any construction loan) which any third party is obligated to advance to Borrower or another Person or otherwise pursuant to any loan document, written instrument or otherwise.
Unused Commitments means, at any time, the difference between the Commitments then in effect and the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans and L/C Obligations.

More Definitions of Unused Commitments

Unused Commitments means, at any time, the difference between the Aggregate Revolving Commitments then in effect and the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations; provided, that Swing Loans outstanding from time to time shall be deemed to reduce the Unused Commitment of the Swing Line Lender for purposes of computing the commitment fee under Section 3.1 hereof.
