Unit 2 definition

Unit 2 means nuclear reactor unit 2 referred to in Work No. 1A as set out in Schedule 1 to the Development Consent Order;

Unit 2 means the proposed power plant to be located in under development by [NAME] adjacent to Unit 1 and the related facilities, real property and property rights related thereto including all necessary permits and licenses, but excluding the Common Facilities.

Unit 2 means Colstrip Unit No. 2, a 333 MW (gross capacity) coal-fired steam electric generating unit located on the Units 1 and 2 Site in Rosebud County, Montana, designated "Colstrip Unit 0," xnd consisting of the assets described in Exhibit B of the Site Lease and Sublease and specifically excluding therefrom the Transmission Facilities.

Unit 2 means Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 2 and related facilities as more specifically described in the Asset Sale Agreement.
