Uncertificated Security definition

Uncertificated Security shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8-102(a)(18) of the UCC.
Uncertificated Security means a security that is not represented by a certificate.

Uncertificated Security means a share, participation or other interest in property of or an enterprise of the issuer or an obligation of the issuer, which is:
