Transferring Employees definition

Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.
Transferring Employees means all those employees of the Outgoing Contractor wholly and/or mainly engaged in the Services immediately before the Transfer Date save for those who object to their transfer pursuant to Regulation 4(7) of TUPE.
Transferring Employees means all those employees, if any, assigned by the Authority to the provision of a service that is fundamentally the same as the Services immediately before the Transfer Date;

More Definitions of Transferring Employees

Transferring Employees means: Customer Employees; Third Party Employees; and / or employees of the Council (or any Sub-Contractor), whose contracts of employment transfer with effect from the relevant Effective Date;
