Trading Day definition

Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.
Trading Day means a day on which the Common Stock is traded on a Trading Market.

  • Upon the written or oral request of a Holder, the Company shall within one (1) Trading Day confirm orally and in writing to the Holder the number of shares of Common Stock then outstanding.

  • The Company shall deliver any objection to any Notice of Exercise within one (1) Trading Day of receipt of such notice.
