Examples of Total Commitments in a sentence
Total Commitments shall be increased by the requested amount (or such lesser amount committed by Xxxxxxx and Eligible Assignees) on a date agreed upon by Agent and Borrower Agent, provided (i) the conditions set forth in Section 6.2 are satisfied at such time and (ii) flood insurance diligence and documentation have been completed as required by all Flood Laws or otherwise in a manner satisfactory to all Lenders.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders make available to the Borrower a dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount not exceeding the Total Commitments.
The Lenders have agreed to increase the Total Commitments to $375,000,000 and the parties hereto hereby agree to the following: (a) the assignment of certain of the Lenders’ respective Commitments, Revolving Extensions of Credit and Aggregate Exposures and (b) certain of the Lenders acquiring and assuming an interest in the Commitments, Revolving Extensions of Credit and Aggregate Exposures assigned by certain of the other Lenders pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof.
Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, each Lender shall participate in the Loan in the proportion which, as at the Drawdown Date, its Commitment bears to the Total Commitments.
Such Defaulting Lender’s xxxxx to approve or disapprove any amendment, waiver or consent with respect to this Agreement shall be restricted as set forth in the definitions of Pro Rata Share of Acquisition Loan Commitments, Pro Rata Share of Floor Plan Loan Commitments, Pro Rata Share of Total Commitments and Required Lenders and the last sentence of Section 13.7(b).
