Total Capitalization definition

Total Capitalization means the sum of Indebtedness, Equity Interests, additional paid-in capital and retained earnings of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken on a consolidated basis after eliminating all intercompany items.
Total Capitalization means, at any date, the total of (i) Consolidated Funded Debt plus (ii) Consolidated Net Worth.
Total Capitalization means, at any date of determination thereof, the sum of Total Debt at such date plus Total Shareholders’ Equity at such date.
