Timekeeping System definition

Timekeeping System means the timekeeping technology used by Defendant in Illinois at any time during the Class Period, which utilized a scan of Plaintiff’s and the other Settlement Class Members’ fingerprint or handprint for timekeeping purposes.

Timekeeping System means the time clock and timekeeping technology systems, software, and/or hardware used and/or operated by Defendant and/or used by any current and former employees of Defendant at its facilities in the state of Illinois by scanning his or her fingers or hand for timekeeping purposes as alleged in the First Amended Complaint.

Timekeeping System means the timekeeping technology used by Defendant in Illinois at any time during the Class Period, which allegedly utilized a scan of Plaintiffs’ and the other Settlement Class Members’ finger or hand for timekeeping purposes.
