Third Party Costs definition

Third Party Costs means all such third party costs (including legal and other professional fees) in respect of each service as a Party reasonably and properly incurs in the proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement and as agreed by the Partnership Board.

More Definitions of Third Party Costs

Third Party Costs means all payments by the Service Provider to third parties, other third-party costs or fees, and any other out-of-pocket expenses of the Service Provider reasonably determined to be attributable to the provision of the Services.
