Terminal Area definition

Terminal Area means the land and Terminal portion identified as the Terminal Area in Schedule B, and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all facilities, equipment and improvements now or hereafter located thereon, including all passenger terminal buildings, connecting structures, passenger walkways and tunnels, concourses, hold room areas, passenger loading bridges and control towers maintained by the Lessee or an Airline.
Terminal Area means a control area normally established at the confluence of ATS routes in the vicinity of one or more major aerodromes;
Terminal Area means all pick-up and delivery points within the same incorporated area or within one (1) mile of the post office for unincorporated areas.

  • The Airline shall have the right to use Per Use Gates and Related Terminal Area in accordance with the Resolution and the Authority Rules and Regulations.

  • In addition, the Authority may recover one or more of the Airline’s Gates and Related Terminal Area assigned as Airline Premises to be used as Per Use Gates if: (a) the Airline’s Gate Utilization for such preferentially assigned Gate(s) over the most recent one hundred eighty (180) day period is less than the Utilization Threshold; and (b) the CEO determines that there is a reasonable need for use of such Gate(s) on a common use basis.

  • Failure to do so will render you liable to a special charge, equivalent to eight times the standard parking charges ignoring any applicable free periods set out in this Schedule 5, for every 15 minutes or part thereof during which the aircraft occupies a stand within the Passenger Terminal Area after the accumulated 24 hours until it departs from the Airport.


More Definitions of Terminal Area

Terminal Area means the Cost Center that includes all areas within the Terminals, including concourses, boarding areas, pedestrian bridges, tunnel lobbies to garages, mechanical/utility areas, lobbies, offices, Commission facilities, baggage facilities and storage areas.
Terminal Area or “Terminal Area Cost Center” shall include the Airport passenger terminal buildings, including the areas available for use as baggage make-up, the sidewalk and curb adjacent to the landside of the terminal buildings, the boarding bridges and all pedestrian bridges connecting the terminal buildings with the landside vehicular parking garages, as such areas now exist or may be developed, extended or improved from time to time.

Terminal Area as set forth in Section 3 of the First Amendment is hereby modified by the addition of the following: “Notwithstanding and prevailing over the definition set forth herein, following the Parcel A2 Return Deadline or the Parcel A2 Return Date, if earlier, Parcel A2 shall not be part of the Terminal Area. Notwithstanding and prevailing over the definition set forth herein, following the Parcel A3 Return Deadline, or the Parcel A3 Return Date, if earlier, Parcel A3 shall not be part of the Terminal Area.” As used in this Amendment (other than in the Recitals to this Amendment), the term “Terminal Area” shall exclude Parcels A2 and A3.
Terminal Area means, as of the Effective Date of Amendment No. 2, the 68.97 acres of land designated in “Exhibit B-(Amendment No. 2)”, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, as Parcel “A”, “B-1” and “B-2” including those buildings and structures currently occupied by Seaboard and other non-Seaboard tenants, located within said parcels. The Terminal Area is subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in the Seaboard Agreement, as amended.
